Leave confident in building and maintaining a fire, developing a spice rub, selecting a quality cut of meat, properly trimming brisket, and cutting and serving your finished product. Enjoy a few Texas Beer Co. brews over a heaping plate of BBQ with your classmates at the end of the class!
